The most obvious, is exercising those legs and a proper diet are key to achieve this. Anything that gets you moving those legs.
Secondly, dry brushing your legs twice a day, in the morning before your shower and before going to bed at night.
Dry Brushing
Before your morning shower, once you've dried off (needs to be done on dry skin), grab your bristle brush and start brushing your skin in a circular motion, slowly going up the body, towards your heart. I always start just above my ankles, going up. You can do this on any body part not just the legs. Not only does this help your poor circulation but it feels so good too!
Varicose/spider Veins

Varicose/spider veins can be corrected but medically, with surgery or laser treatment, which a lot of women prefer over surgery.
Cellulite/Scars/Imperfections
To cover your cellulite, scars, bruises, or whatever imperfection you may have... the same treatments, as I stated above under varicose/spider veins can apply for this as well. But let's go beyond this. After you dry brush your legs, apply some cellulite cream (as this may help but not totally fix-but for the most part helps the skin's appearance) can also use nature's best coconut oil. Massage into legs or area's you wish to help. Coconut oil is always my... go to, but it works wonders on scars etc. as it has healing properties. Now for your cellulite, eat a proper diet and exercise those legs.
AVOID CROSSING YOUR LEGS AT ALL TIME'S
