Perfect Eyebrows everytime!

Who doesn't want the perfect eyebrows? Have you ever looked at fashion magazines and wish you had perfect eyebrows? More than likely those models don't have perfect brows (some could be as lucky). Well now you can! It's quick and easy with just a few easy steps, that anyone can do! Trust me...if I can do it...you can too!

HISTORY OF EYE BROWS

Our eyebrows are there to protect our eyes from dirt and sweat and amongst other things. Eyebrows define our facial features. No nobody wants unruly caterpillar brows! We need to tame that hair and give our face character.  Think about it...imagine your face without them. Not a pretty sight now is it! We tweeze, we wax and get our eyebrows threaded and that's great... as this shapes them and gives our face character. Have you ever looked at someone...and went...OH MY!!  (I've seen a few!!)

Did you know that the life spam of eyebrow hair is about 4 months? The hair on our head in comparison is about 3-7 years.  Interesting huh?

SO LET'S STARTED ON OUR PERFECT BROWS...

STEP 1

Go to a mirror and look at your brows. When was the last time they were groomed? If it's been awhile and your not sure what to do, go to a professional and have them done. If your eye brows aren't thick, don't worry about that, that can be fixed. First we want them to have some shape.

STEP 2

This is the fun part now! Don't be afraid to try! Sit in front of a mirror. Now there are a few different products you can use to fill your brows in, eye liner pencil, eye shadow, eye gel and brow kits. (all found at your local drugstore). I personally use an eye liner pencil in a shade a little lighter than my hair color. Since my hair is now black I use a dark brown eye liner pencil. You don't want to do the exact color your hair is, it will look weird. Natural looking is always best!
The pic below shows you where to make your points A, B and C.
Just follow the natural path of your eyebrow then expand it slightly, to give it that WOW factor.

This next pic will show you exactly what to do. If your using eye shadow you will definitely need a small thin angled brush. (see in pic). Let's give it a try.

So as you can see start your line on the bottom of the brow following the natural hair line, then give it a little arch. Remember were going for a natural look, not looking like a clown lol! Notice the eye hair at the beginning, it's straight and not really colored in, this look gives a more natural look. This makes your eye brows look flawless, and that ladies is the key to perfect eyebrows! It will take some practice, but you'll get it!

Another trick after your eyebrows are penciled in is to take a mascara brush (no not your mascara brush-you can get at Sally's Beauty Supply, or Sephora)  and slightly brush your eyebrows in the direction you made, to blend your natural hair in with your eye pencil as you don't want any hard harsh lines. (you could also use a clear mascara gel strictly for eyebrows.) But if you don't have no worries.

Then I put some concealer under my brows to kind of make them seem more natural and look  model perfect. It highlights the eye area making your eyes pop. (lol in a good way!)

Well hope I was of some help to you! Feel free to send me some pics of your work of art on my Facebook page. Til next time, hugs from yourmaingirl. Please share.
