HOW TO MAKE YOUR LOOK-MORE CURRENT

Are you tired of your same old look? Tired of looking untrendy?
Have you been wearing the same make-up everyday for years and years? Or not wearing make-up at all? Have you been stuck in a time warp with your clothing choices? Not knowing what to wear but just wear for comfort? Or you have no idea where to even start. Well if you answered yes to any of these questions....I'm here to help. I'm going to give you a few tips to update your look and still look like you with a twist!
HAIR
Updating your look will be good for you, especially if you're feeling down about yourself. Or you absolutely don't know what to do. Let's start with a hair style. When was the last time you went to the salon? If it's longer than a year, maybe it's time to go see them. Maybe a new color, or some highlights. A good cut makes all the difference. Whether you look in magazines, or online. Pintrest is my favourite site! Or maybe your favourite celebrity has a style you've been wanting to try. Celebrity's are always on trend. Find a hairstyle that's in style and that will suit your personality.
MAKE-UP
If your not into wearing make-up please make sure you have a good skin care regimen. Keep your face looking soft, smooth and fresh looking. But if you want a no make-up make-up look that look is easy to get! Just add a touch of mascara and a little lip balm, one with a hint of color. That's it! But if your like me and you love to wear make-up there's lots of choices out there. Right now for the season is the color pink and nudes for eye shadow, rosy cheeks. Light pink looks best for that romantic soft look.

Mascara is your friend, don't be afraid of this beauty product! It enhances your eyes and makes them stand out. I like to add a little winged tail on the end of my eye lashes, with my liquid liner pen. It just adds that added touch and makes my eyes seem wider. (at least that's what I want lol!) One coat of mascara is good but if you want a more dramatic effect do two or three coats.
Liquid Eye Liner is one of my favourite eye liners, though for me I only use it on my upper lid. Some have a pointed tip , some may have a wider tip, either is good depending on the look your trying to achieve.

Foundation is perfect for those days you want a full face coverage, to smooth out the appearance of those fine lines, blemishes, or imperfect skin tones. My all time favourite is MAC. MAC liquid foundation always gives your skin that flawless... perfect look. They have many shades to suit your skin type. It can be a little pricey, but it's worth every penny!! I also use MAC concealer. I've tried a few different brands, but none even compare to MAC!!

LIP PRODUCTS
With so many choices out there who wouldn't be over whelmed. They have lip balms, lip balms with stain, lipstick (in matt or shiny), and lip gloss. If you're one who doesn't really wear lipsticks .... a lip balm will probably suit you if you're looking for something like a chap stick but with a little color. They are so many colors out there lol!!! Experiment!!!!

CLOTHING
Clothing is so easy!!! Look around at what others are wearing, tv shows, just watch CITYLINE (FASHION FRIDAY IS THE BEST FOR SEEING WHAT'S ON TREND) and THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW) These are my favourite two shows and they give me idea's for blogging! So thanks so much Tracy and Marilyn! Great job!!
Seriously ladies, don't be afraid of fashion. Go to the mall and see what styles would best suit you and relax and have fun! You can also look at my blog PASSION FOR FASHION for some idea's!!
