"Are You Tired of feeling lazy and overweight...do you need to lose weight?"



"Are you tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what's looking back at you? Are you feeling sluggish and tired all the time? Do you have poor eating habits? Are you feeling lazy at the thought of exercising? Don't worry you're not alone. But today we're going to change that. Let's change this way together!"

Forget all those diet books, and promises of weight loss! Let's do the old fashion way, eat less, eat healthy and exercise! It's really that simple folks! Let's not call this a diet because it's not...it's a life-style!

First we need to rewire our brains. Forget calories, forget points forget it all! Don't focus on the number, but focus on how you feel in your clothes, the way your body is changing and embrace it! We're all beautiful on the inside but we need to show that beauty on the outside! (I'm not saying we're ugly...lol, just that the beauty I mean is that "loving yourself beauty", the beauty that makes us glow-happiness!) We need to feel better about ourselves, if not...for your own well being. 

Don't give yourself a date to start!! No...start right now, in this moment. Start small, start slow. Pace yourself, it's gonna be your weight loss journey. But this journey is going to be fun, not hard at all! You just have to want it bad enough.


  
First we need to change our eating habits. (That's a gimme! ) Eat healthier and have smaller portions. Preferably lots of fruits, vegetables, and beans and meats. Eat things high in protein. 
Have snacks handy. Put them in your purse or backpack. Cut up your fruits & vegetables ahead of time. It will be easier for you if you do. You won't be so tempted to grab something not so healthy. 




And we need to exercise! Even if your just gonna walk. At least your moving! 
So everyday move! Dance, workout, run do something! 

No one ever says, "Oh... I regret that workout!" But we all say, "Oh ...I regret that burger and fries!"




Cut back on those sugary products, processed foods are not good for us, so make a healthier version for yourself. Again... once in awhile won't kill you. But in moderation. Stay away from starchy foods, they will make you feel bloated anyways. Or if you choose to, rinse well...and again... eat in moderation. 
See the pattern yet?
You can still have the foods your eating but in moderation. Over time you will change those into healthier foods, because you want to be healthy and fit! 
The whole reason for this journey!!





Drink lots of water is the key. If you don't like the taste of water use those flavour packets or add fruit to your water. (Check my 50 Shades of Detox blog for idea's.)
Yes, you'll probably pee a lot but that's the great part you're peeing away toxins and fat cells! You're flushing your body. (no pun intended...lol)

And move!!! Exercise!! DO something!!


So how are you feeling right now? Not bad, right? Sounds easy enough. Think you can do it? Sure you can, you just have to want it enough.

Just remember to move more and eat less!
