Another way to detox your body is to give up some of our most favourite foods for a week, possibly two, if you feel you have a lot of toxins in your body. Things to give up dairy, meat,caffeine alcohol, soy and processed foods.

You can start by drinking a water detox and it also helps burn fat! You will need to drink 6-8 glasses a day. Yes, that's a lot and you will be peeing out those nasty toxins, so it's a good thing! This will help keep you hydrated and keep your vital organs working there best. When we eat a lot of processed foods and drink a lot of caffeine and alcohol we aren't helping our organs at all. So try these it just might save your life.
In your water you can add ingredients like mint, which is good for digestion. Ginger which is a natural pain reliever and also helps with digestion. Cucumber contains anti-inflammatory properties. Lemon /Lime the most popular water detox helps to flush toxins from your body.
Fruits are another source. Can also be used with mint or lemon or whatever you like.
